Do I need experience?
No. ACI Starter is built for beginners who need plain-English training before they touch a job site.
How long does ACI take?
Most students should plan for 12 to 16 weeks of part-time study, plus hands-on practice before the performance exam.
Do you pay exam fees?
Eligible students who pass the internal practice requirements can request exam sponsorship through the academy process.
What happens after I pass?
The goal is W2 placement, not 1099 contractor churn. Your certification portfolio becomes the placement tool.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is handled through your secure account portal inside your account page.
Which tier should I start with?
Start with ACI Starter if you are new. Choose Advanced if you already work in CMT. Choose Elite if you are chasing inspection specialist credentials.
